Jeffrey Fons "Jeff" Wiley is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives representing District 81, which includes parts of Ascension, Livingston, and St. James Parishes. He assumed office on January 8, 2024, succeeding Clay Schexnayder after being elected on October 14, 2023, and is eligible to serve through 2032. A retired Sheriff of Ascension Parish from 1996 to 2019, Wiley has supported legislation including constitutional carry , concealed handgun liability protections , criminal justice transparency , and advancing HB 545 to remove obscenity protections for educators.
