Biography
Jeffrey N. Spiegelman is a Republican state representative for District 11 in the Delaware House of Representatives, serving since 2013. A resident of Clayton, he represents parts of Clayton, Smyrna, Kenton, and Middletown, and was elected House Minority Whip by fellow Republicans in November 2024 at the start of the 153rd General Assembly. Notable positions include co-chairman of the bipartisan Delaware Sportsmen’s Caucus, member of the House Small Business Caucus, and service on standing committees such as Administration, Rules, Ethics, Housing, and Veterans Affairs. He is a commercial realtor and college instructor in history and politics at Wilmington University and Delaware Technical and Community College. Spiegelman is affiliated with the Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation, Kenton Ruritan, Civil Air Patrol , and Republican Jewish Coalition. He is married to Jennifer, with two children: Saul and Elianah.
