Biography

Jeff Raatz is a Republican Indiana State Senator representing District 27, which includes Henry, Union, and Wayne counties, and portions of Franklin County. Born on September 13, 1963, in Manistee, Michigan, he was raised on a family farm and has resided in Richmond, Indiana, since 1998 with his wife Lisa; they have two daughters, Samantha and Robyn. A U.S. Army veteran, Raatz owns Raatz LLC, a business coaching firm specializing in finance and operations, and serves as Assistant Director of the Eastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission.
