Jeff Olsommer is a Republican representative for Pennsylvania's 139th District in the House of Representatives, serving parts of Pike and Wayne Counties, including townships such as Blooming Grove, Dingman, Greene, Lackawaxen, Milford, Palmyra, Shohola, Westfall, Cherry Ridge, Dreher, Lake, Lehigh, Paupack, Salem, South Canaan, and Sterling, and boroughs of Matamoras, Milford, and Hawley. A lifelong Wayne County resident, he was sworn in on May 21, 2024, after defeating Democratic candidate Robin Skibber. He is a businessman who co-owns an insurance agency and focuses on reducing taxes, advancing pro-growth policies, reducing crime, supporting education and first responders, cutting government intrusion, defending the unborn, and protecting the Second Amendment; he supports the sanctity of human life but opposes changing Pennsylvania's abortion laws.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Graduate of Western Wayne High School and East Stroudsburg University.
• Political Experience: Previously served as Wayne County Republican State Committee member, director of Western Wayne Education Foundation, Wayne Economic Development Corporation, and Southern Wayne Regional Chamber of Commerce; current board member of Wayne Memorial Health Foundation, chairman of Sterling Township Board of Supervisors, and Sterling United Methodist Church Trustees. Serves on House committees including Appropriations, Commerce, Game & Fisheries, Insurance, and Intergovernmental Affairs & Operations.
