Jeff A. Hoverson is a Republican representative for District 3 in the North Dakota House of Representatives, serving alongside Bob Paulson and based in Minot. A pastor, businessman, and former teacher, he took office on December 1, 2018, after winning the June primary and November general election in 2018. He is married to JoAnn and has six children; he operates a LoVE Ice Cream food truck with his family and has served as pastor at Living Word Lutheran Church since 2010, following a tenure at Bread of Life from 2004 to 2010.
