Jeff Campbell is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing District 46 . Born on February 8, 1969, in Hinton, WV, he serves as a teacher and radio broadcaster. His parents were the late James W. "Bill" Campbell and Joyce Campbell; he is Christian. Notable affiliations include Concord University Alumni Association, Greenbrier Jaycees , Greenbrier County Farm Bureau, Greenbrier East Spartan Athletic Foundation Board of Directors, West Virginia Athletic Coaches Association, West Virginia Education Association, Communications Director for the West Virginia North-South Football Classic, and Greenbrier East Sports Hall of Fame. He took the oath of office on September 15, 2023, and has sponsored bills on education , public safety, hunting seasons, and vaping restrictions.

Currently serves as a Delegate in the West Virginia House, lead sponsor of multiple 2025 bills such as HB2016 and HB2017 .
