Representative Jeffrey Sean Adams

Jeffrey Sean Adams is a Republican State Representative from Lebanon, Maine, serving House District 144, which includes the towns of Acton and Lebanon. He is a business developer and owner who has worked in the financial services industry.

Adams served nine years as an investigating sergeant in the United States Air Force during Desert Storm, where he earned a citation for good conduct. His community involvement includes memberships in the American Legion, URC, and fraternal organizations including the Masons and IOOF.

Political Experience

Adams was first elected to the Maine House of Representatives in November 2022 and is currently serving his second term. He has served in two legislative sessions .

He serves on the Joint Standing Committee on State and Local Government, which oversees state government operations, including legislative matters, state property, public purchasing and contracts, state agencies, government organization, and state employment. The committee also covers county and municipal government, regional planning, land use, and related administrative matters.

In the 2024 election cycle, Adams ran unopposed in his district, defeating Democratic candidate Corinna Cole.
