Jasmine Michelle Clark is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives representing District 108 since January 14, 2019. A scientist, educator, and mother of two, she flipped a long-held Republican seat in 2018 by defeating six-year incumbent Clay Cox and has defended it against redistricting efforts. Notable achievements include serving as Co-Chair of the Georgia Future Caucus, organizing the 2017 and 2019 March for Science in Atlanta, sponsoring bills on voting rights, criminal justice, healthcare, education, reproductive rights, and environmental protection, and receiving the Future Caucus Rising Star Award in 2023. She gained attention in 2020 for criticizing Georgia's COVID-19 data reporting and announced a congressional candidacy in June 2025 for Georgia's 13th District. Clark serves on committees including Banks & Banking, Budget and Fiscal Affairs Oversight, Health, Higher Education, and Interstate Cooperation.

• Education: Earned a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2005; PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Emory University in 2013.
