Biography
Senator Janice Rich is a Republican representing Senate District 7 in Colorado, which includes all of Mesa County and a portion of Delta County. She resides in Grand Junction with her husband, Steve Rich, and works as a certified legal secretary. Notable achievements include serving as co-prime sponsor on 37 bills during her first four years in the legislature, all of which passed both chambers with bipartisan support and were signed by the Governor. She emphasizes bipartisan collaboration, stating, "We do our best work when we work together." Currently, she holds the leadership position of Minority Whip.
