Biography

Jane Garibay, born on September 26, 1955, is a lifelong resident of Windsor, Connecticut, with brief periods spent in Mexico and Vermont. She has dedicated her career to community service and education, serving as the Executive Director of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce from 1999 to 2018 and currently holding the position of Executive Director at First Town Downtown in Windsor since 2018. Garibay's professional experience also includes roles such as Recreation Supervisor for the Town of Windsor, teaching English as a second language in Mexico, and teaching Spanish at Saint Gabriel School in Windsor. She has been an active volunteer throughout her life, contributing to numerous community organizations and initiatives.
