Biography
Jamie Isaly is a Democratic member of the Montana House of Representatives representing District 58 , elected in 2024 and assuming office in January 2025. Born in 1960 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he moved to Dubois, Wyoming, at age 16, attended Montana State University starting in 1978, and has lived in Montana since. A retired teacher with over 30 years in the Livingston School District and at Montana State University, he also worked as a builder, small business owner, ranch hand, construction worker, and adjunct professor. He and his wife Traci have raised three children and are grandparents to six, living for over 40 years on Bozeman Pass in Park County. Notable community roles include coaching fastpitch softball for 14 years, serving on the Livingston Baseball/Softball Association board , advising TSA and Academic Olympic teams, and chairing teachers' union negotiations for 6 years.

- Education: Attended Montana State University in Bozeman starting 1978; served as adjunct professor of education there.
- Political Experience: First elected to Montana House District 58 in 2024, defeating Republican Brad Baker with 53.59% of the vote ; incumbent as of 2025.
