James Holtzclaw is a Republican Idaho State Representative representing Legislative District 20B in Meridian, Idaho. Born on October 6, 1975, he is a United States Air Force veteran and currently serves as a local business owner and Associate Real Estate Broker for RE/MAX in Meridian. In 2015, Idaho Governor Butch Otter awarded him the Meritorious Service Medal for his service with the Idaho Military Division.
