Biography

Senator Jacob "Jake" Bissaillon is a Democrat representing *District 1 * in the Rhode Island State Senate. Elected in a November 2023 special election, he serves as Chair of the Senate Committee on Housing & Municipal Government, Secretary of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, and member of the Senate Committees on Rules, Government Ethics & Oversight, and Education. Education and Political Experience
