Jacob Bissaillon is from Vermont. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Norwich University in 2004 and a JD from Vermont Law School in 2008. He served on active duty as a Civil Affairs Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 2004-2012. He served one tour in Iraq in 2007 where he helped rebuild key infrastructure.
