Rozia "J.R." Henson Jr. is a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 19th District, which covers parts of Fairfax and Prince William Counties. Born and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia, to a teenage mother and stepfather, he is the first openly gay Black man elected to the Virginia General Assembly, serving since January 2024 after winning in the 2023 election.
