Hillman Terome Frazier was born in Phenix City, AL. He has served as a Circuit Judge in Alabama since 2006. Prior to becoming a judge, Frazier served as an attorney in private practice. Frazier graduated from Troy State University in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in political science. He later graduated from Jones School of Law at Faulkner University with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1995. Frazier and his wifehave two children. They reside in Phenix City, AL where Frazier still serves as Circuit Judge.read less
