Biography
Hilary W. Holley is a Republican politician representing Florida House District 51. She won a special election in March 2026, defeating Democrat Edwin Pérez with 54.2% of the vote, following the resignation of incumbent Josie Tomkow. Prior to her election, Holley served as executive director of the Florida FFA Foundation since March 2021. She resides in Polk City with her husband, Donald L. "Dusty" Holley, and their children, Webb and Waverly. Notable endorsements include former Rep. Josie Tomkow, Rep. Jon Albert, and others.
