ABOUT
Herman Otten was born and raised in Missouri. He attended Concordia Seminary in Springfield as well as Missouri State University and Missouri Baptist College. Otten is a minister and hosts a Christian program called Issues, Etc. In 2008, Otten was first elected to the Missouri state House of Representatives. He represents District 44 as a member of the Republican party. Otten serves on several committees including Emerging Issues, Special Committee on Urban Issues, and Special Committee on Government Oversight.read less
