Biography
Héctor José Ferrer Ríos was a Puerto Rican politician and attorney affiliated with the Partido Popular Democrático *. He served as a Representative in the Puerto Rico House of Representatives from 2001 to 2012, initially for *District 29 and later at-large by accumulation. Ferrer was PPD president from 2017 until his death and held key leadership roles, including Spokesperson for the PPD Delegation and chair of committees on Ethics, Federal and International Affairs, and Consumer Affairs.
