Heather Surprenant is a Democratic representative for Windsor-4 in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2021. A resident of Barnard in Windsor County, Vermont, she was raised in Randolph and works as a farmer managing the organic vegetable operation at Kiss the Cow Farm, also handling dairy production including milking Jersey and Normande cows for milk and craft ice cream.
