Heather Baxter is a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 34 since 2025. Born on September 25, 1975, she serves on the House Committee on State-Tribal Relations and the House Committee on Health and Human Services. A member of the South Dakota Freedom Caucus, she won her last election with 47.3% of the vote and sought re-election.
