Heather Baldwin

Heather P. Baldwin is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives representing Grafton District 4. She is a 50-year resident of Thornton Gore, where she lives with her spouse and has raised eight children. Beyond her legislative work, Baldwin has been actively involved in her community, serving as Clerk of the Grafton County Executive Committee and as Supervisor of the Checklist for the Town of Thornton. She also managed census teams during the 2020 US Census.

Education

Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Plymouth State University. She pursued graduate-level studies in Marine Biology at the University of New Hampshire and completed a Master's degree in Education from Pennsylvania State University.

Political Experience

Baldwin has served as a Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2022, representing the Grafton 4th district. She is an active member of the Resources, Recreation and Development Committee of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Prior to her election to the state house, she worked as a Ballot Clerk and was a Biology instructor at Plymouth State University.
