Biography
Heather Alice Bagnall Tudball is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 33C in Anne Arundel County. Elected in 2018 in an upset victory, she is the first Democrat and first woman to represent the district since 1998. Notable achievements include serving as Chair of the Health Committee and Chair of the Public Health and Minority Health Disparities Subcommittee; Legislator of the Year 2020; and introducing a 2025 resolution to exonerate seven individuals accused of witchcraft in Colonial Maryland, motivated by contemporary social issues.
