Heath Sessions is a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives representing District 46 since 2022. Born November 24, 1976, in Spartanburg, he is the son of Adam Hernandez and Vickie Sessions. Sessions is a family man living in Rock Hill with his wife Kristin and three children: Emma, Ben, and Asher. He is an active member of Oakland Baptist Church, where he has served in various leadership positions including Deacon and Personnel Committee Chair.

Education

Sessions holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina, which he earned in 2004.

Political Experience and Positions

In his professional capacity, Sessions serves as Vice President of a local land clearing construction company. Within the South Carolina House, he serves on the Medical subcommittee of the Military, Medical, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee. Beyond his legislative role, he maintains community involvement through service on the Historic Rock Hill Board, Camp Canaan Board, and Winthrop Stakeholder Board.
