Biography

Representative Heath Allbright

Heath Allbright is an American politician and member of the Alabama House of Representatives representing District 11. He is a lifelong resident of Holly Pond and has been actively involved in his community through business and public service.

Allbright is the president and founder of Brighton Forestry Services LLC, which he established 14 years prior to his political candidacy. He is also a businessman and farmer with deep roots in the Cullman and Blount County area.

Political Experience

Allbright served as a two-term member of the Cullman County Board of Education before pursuing higher office. He officially announced his candidacy for the Alabama House District 11 seat in February 2025, following the vacancy created when former Representative Randall Shedd transitioned to a position in the office of Senator Garlan Gudger.

In May 2025, Allbright won the Republican special primary election for District 11, defeating fellow Republican Donald Fallin with 54.26% of the vote . He subsequently won the special general election on August 26, 2025, and has served in the Alabama House of Representatives since 2025.

Policy Priorities

Allbright has expressed a commitment to reducing regulations on small businesses to enable greater investment in employees and communities. He also prioritizes cutting taxes for working families.
