Harry Joseph Warren is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives representing District 76 , which includes Rowan County. A resident of Salisbury, NC, he is a Human Resource Specialist with over 30 years of experience in business management across sales, construction, and restaurant industries, including roles at Tar Heel Capital Corporation, one of the largest Wendy's franchises in the Carolinas. He is the father of six grown children and grandfather of eight grandchildren; his daughter Emily Lynn passed away in 2011. Notable positions include House Majority Caucus Joint Liaison and Republican Joint Caucus Leader .
