Harry B. Bronson is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly representing District 138, which includes neighborhoods in Rochester such as South Wedge, North Winton, Park Ave, and NOTA, along with Henrietta, West Henrietta, Chili, and Riga. Born on May 22, 1959, in Binghamton, NY, and residing in Rochester, he has served in the Assembly since 2010. Notable achievements include serving as Chair of the Assembly Labor Committee , Chair of the Economic Development, Job Creation, Commerce and Industry Committee, and Chair of the Job Creation Standing Committee. His priorities focus on economic equity, worker protections, workforce development , and he serves on the Education, Ways and Means, and Rules Committees. Previously, he was Assistant Minority Leader and Member of the Monroe County Legislature and has deep ties to unions from his early career in labor issues.
