Biography

Gretchen Marie Bulova is a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 11th district. She won a special election on January 13, 2026, defeating Republican Adam Wise with 68.8% of the vote, succeeding her husband, David Bulova, who was appointed Virginia Secretary of Natural Resources. Born in Fort Benning, Georgia, she resides in Fairfax County, Virginia, and is Catholic.
