Gregory A. Watt is a Republican delegate representing District 48 in the West Virginia House of Delegates. A retired U.S. Army officer from Hacker Valley in Webster County, West Virginia, he was appointed by Governor Patrick Morrisey and sworn in during late 2025. Watt brings over 28 years of active-duty military service, plus 16 years in defense contracting and program management, currently serving as Director of Programmatic Solutions Architecture for JANUS Research Group, supporting U.S. Army modernization efforts.
