Biography
Gregory P. McGuckin is a Republican Assembly Member representing District 10 in the New Jersey General Assembly, serving since 2012. A longtime attorney and municipal official from Toms River, he specializes in local government law, with over 28 years as a solicitor, prosecutor, and attorney for planning and zoning boards. He previously served as a Toms River Township Councilman from 2004 to 2011, acting as council president each year. McGuckin is appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the Ocean County District Ethics Committee and serves on the board of trustees for the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys. He currently sits on the Assembly Committee on Science, Innovation and Technology. A father of three daughters, he resides in Toms River with his wife.
