Biography
Senator Greg Leding
Greg Leding is a Democratic state senator representing District 30 in the Arkansas Senate, which includes most of the city of Fayetteville in Washington County. A native of Springdale, Arkansas, born on April 10, 1978, he serves as Senate Minority Leader for the 95th General Assembly and vice chair of the Senate Rules, Resolutions and Memorials Committee. Notable achievements include co-sponsoring legislation to raise teacher salaries, expand insurance coverage for mammograms and breast cancer exams, promote cottage industries, raise the minimum legal age for marriage, improve Arkansas' 911 system, allow cities to create entertainment districts, and modify the Arkansas Pharmacy Benefits Manager Licensure Act. He previously served as Minority Leader in the Arkansas House of Representatives.

- Education: Graduate of Springdale High School; holds a degree from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business.

- Arkansas House of Representatives , 2011–2018, where he served as Minority Leader for one term, co-chair of the ALC Higher Education Subcommittee, vice chair of the Insurance and Commerce House Insurance Subcommittee, chair of the Public Health House Labor and Environment Subcommittee, and vice chair of the House Committee for Arkansas Boys State.
