Biography
Greg Albritton is a Republican state senator representing District 22 in Alabama, which includes all of Escambia and Washington counties and parts of Baldwin and Mobile counties. A fiscal conservative with over two decades in public service, he has served in the Senate since 2014, following terms in the Alabama House of Representatives from 2002 to 2006. Notable achievements include chairing the Finance and Taxation – General Fund Committee, where he has overseen the state budget growing to $3.7 billion, championed infrastructure like broadband and water/sewer improvements, and prioritized economic development and responsible governance. He is a practicing attorney, retired U.S. Navy officer, longtime Atmore resident, and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints; he and his wife Deborah have six children and 22 grandchildren.
