Grant L. Campbell is a Republican representing North Carolina House District 83 since 2025. A physician and U.S. Army veteran , he served three tours in the Middle East, including with Special Forces, after 9/11. Born and raised in North Carolina by a single mother facing financial hardships, he emphasizes education as a path out of poverty and is married to Anita for 26 years.
