Giovanni Capriglione is a Republican who represents Texas House District 98 since 2013. Born March 8, 1973, he is the president of Texas Adventure Capital LLC and currently serves as chair of the Delivery of Government Efficiency Committee and the Ways & Means Committee. Notable achievements include authoring the Human Life Protection Act , HB 1295 , HB 483 , Texas Data Privacy and Security Act , and HB 150 . A pro-life leader with a 100% pro-life voting record, he announced his retirement from the House in July 2025, planning to complete his seventh term.
