Biography
Ginny Klevorn is a Democratic-Farmer-Labor ** member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing **District 42B . Elected in 2018, she is currently in her 5th term, having previously served District 44A from 2019-2022 before redistricting to 42B in 2023. A professional mediator with 29 years of experience in corporate and organizational conflict resolution, she is married to Tom , with three adult children who are graduates of Wayzata High School and the University of Minnesota. The family has lived internationally in Brussels, Belgium, and São Paulo, Brazil, before settling in Plymouth, where she is an active community member and parishioner at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church.
Notable achievements and positions include serving as Co-Chair of the State Government Finance and Policy Committee, and as a member of the Ways and Means, Ethics, Higher Education Finance and Policy, and Commerce committees. She also chairs the Legislative Task Force on Aging, and serves on the Capitol Area Architecture & Planning Board and Governor’s Residence Advisory Board.
