Biography

Geoff Luxenberg is a Democratic state representative serving Connecticut's 12th House District, which covers Manchester. Born on October 20, 1983, he is married to Jessica Luxenberg and has three children: Mack , Zamira , and Zoey . He works as a licensed realtor with Century 21 since 2008, small business owner, and state legislator. Currently, he serves as Assistant Deputy Speaker and sits on the Finance, Revenue and Bonding and General Law Committees. Notable achievements include co-chairing the Housing Committee in 2023 to pass renter protections , securing nearly $800 million for affordable housing and homelessness initiatives, delivering Connecticut's largest middle-class tax cut and senior tax relief, funding for crumbling concrete foundations, and major school investments for Manchester. He previously served the same district from 2011-2015 and won re-election in 2018, with his current term ending in 2027.
