Biography
Francis Rexford Cooley is a Republican State Representative for Connecticut's 22nd House District, which includes Plainville, Southington, and Farmington. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, he graduated from Farmington High School and worked his way through the University of Colorado as a short order cook. He has served in the Connecticut General Assembly, where he has testified on legislation such as HB-05290 and advocated against "catch and release" policies in criminal justice.
