Biography

Frances "Fran" Cavenaugh is a Republican representing Arkansas House District 30, which includes portions of Lawrence, Craighead, and Greene counties. She has served in the Arkansas House of Representatives since January 2017, currently in her fifth term during the 95th General Assembly. As CFO of Cavenaugh Auto Group in Walnut Ridge, she previously served as president of the Arkansas Independent Automobile Dealers Association. She is president of The Children’s Shelter of Northeast Arkansas, serves on the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and Delta Symphony Orchestra Board, and is a Baptist.
