Erin Koegel is a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 39A . A lifelong Minnesota resident born in Duluth and raised in Maple Grove, she is married to Steve Koegel, with one daughter named Clara and a dog named Spud; the family resides in Spring Lake Park. She works as a volunteer coordinator and was first elected in 2016 , now serving her 5th term as of 2026.
