Representative Erica Schwartz

Erica Schwartz is a Republican state representative serving Minnesota House District 18A, which includes Nicollet County and parts of Blue Earth and Le Sueur counties. She was elected in 2024 and is currently in her first term.

Schwartz is a longtime resident of southern Minnesota who moved from Southern California at age 15. She is a business owner and is married to Kevin, with whom she has three children. Her personal background includes surviving significant life challenges, including a brain tumor at age 18 and the loss of her fiancé, a young Marine who died in a car accident when she was 25 years old.

Education

Schwartz holds an Associate's degree from South Central College.
