Biography
Erica P. Roth is a Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly representing District 24 . Elected in 2024, she serves as a civil rights attorney, former Washoe County Public Defender's Office attorney, and deputy general counsel to Governor Steve Sisolak. Grew up in Northern Nevada with a father who was an elementary school teacher and a mother in United Scenic Artists local 829 IATSE. Notable achievements include drafting the 2022 Executive Order protecting abortion providers, patients, and reproductive care in Nevada after Roe v. Wade was overturned; advocates for working families, safe schools, affordable healthcare and housing, environmental protection, and women's healthcare decisions.
