Erica J. Moore is a Republican Delegate representing District 15 in the West Virginia House of Delegates, serving Roane and Wirt counties. Born on January 12, 1965, in Parkersburg, WV, she resides in Spencer with her husband Richard and their three sons, Camden, Cole, and Caleb. A Christian, Moore was appointed to the seat by Gov. Jim Justice in 2023 to fill a vacancy left by Riley Keaton's resignation. She currently serves as Assistant Majority Leader and has sponsored numerous bills, including HJR30 on term limits for constitutional officers and HB 5048 on virtual instruction .

Education and Political Experience
