Eric Brooks is a Republican delegate representing District 45 in the West Virginia House of Delegates. He is retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons and resides in Mount Hope, WV. He is married to Jennifer and has three children: Clay, Morgan, and Faith. Brooks is Baptist and affiliated with the NRA, West Virginia Citizens Defense League, and Knight of the Golden Horseshoe .

Notable achievements include sponsoring 37 bills in the 2026 session and leading HB2654 in the 2025 Regular Session, pending in the Health and Human Resources Committee.
