Elissa Campbell is a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, representing House District 56 . A third-generation Wyomingite born in Laramie and raised in Douglas and Casper, she is a business owner, proud mother of two, and lifelong Republican focused on local control, fiscal responsibility, and Wyoming values. She was elected in 2024 and began service in 2025.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Associate’s degree from Casper College; Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Environmental Ethics from the University of Wyoming . Active in debate , 4-H, Girl Scouts, track, basketball, volleyball, and Honor Society.
• Professional Experience: 28-year career in training and development starting in 1996 with Dale Carnegie & Associates. Founded Elevate Wyoming in 2018 as a certified facilitator and master trainer, working across oil & gas, healthcare, finance, municipalities, and state government. Rotarian and Chamber of Commerce member.
• Political Experience: Appointed to Governor’s Wyoming Wildlife Task Force in 2021, collaborating on wildlife policy with legislators, commissioners, and Wyoming Game & Fish. Actively involved in local policy-making at city, county, and state levels for the past decade.

• Advocates for youth retention, mental health, support for law enforcement/first responders/military, and building a strong future for Wyoming.
