Biography

Elisabeth Epps is a Democratic state representative for House District 6 in the Colorado General Assembly, covering central and east Denver in Denver County. She serves as a progressive advocate focused on liberty, justice, equity, workers' rights, gun violence prevention, and reproductive rights, and is the founder and executive director of the Colorado Freedom Fund, an abolitionist organization that has helped free over 1,000 Coloradans from wealth-based detention through legislation, litigation, and direct action.
