Efstathia Booras is a Democratic representative for Hillsborough 8 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She has served in this role from 2012 to 2016 and from 2020 to the present. A longtime resident of Nashua Ward 6 for 25 years, she is the daughter of Charles D. Booras and the late Mary Neofotistos Booras. Booras is the founder and president of Alpha Mortgage & Financial Services, Inc., with 25 years of experience in residential and commercial financing, and is licensed in NH, MA, and ME. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Pamela and Jamie, and godmother to her nephew Kostandinos. She is a member of Saint Philip’s Greek Orthodox Church and the Agapi Society of Nashua, and serves as a Guardian ad litem for the Superior Court of NH and the National Association of Mortgage Bankers & Brokers. Her priorities include supporting public education and helping young people gain employment and remain in New Hampshire.
