Edward S. Osienski is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 24 . Born on July 26, 1958, in Delaware, he has lived in Newark with his family for over 35 years. He is married to Betsy and has four children: Anna, Stephen, Kerry Ann, and Jillian. A full-time legislator since his election in 2010, Osienski previously retired after 36 years in the fire sprinkler industry, including 16 years as a sprinkler fitter, 15 years as a project salesman, and 5 years as Business Agent for Sprinkler Fitters Local Union 669. Notable achievements include serving as House Majority Whip, Chair of the Labor Committee, and involvement in community service through organizations like the Newark Senior Center Board, Meals-on-Wheels, Brookside Lions, and Newark NAACP.
