Dylan Andrew Behler is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 30A in Anne Arundel County, including the city of Annapolis. A lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County born in Annapolis, he was appointed to the House on February 6, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Shaneka Henson's elevation to the Senate. Notable positions include service on the Environment and Transportation Committee , the Maryland Legislative LGBTQ+ Caucus, the Board of Trustees for the Anne Arundel County Public Library , and the Maryland Environmental Service board. He previously chaired the Anne Arundel County Democratic Central Committee , served as a delegate to the 2024 Democratic National Convention, and was a board member of the Sierra Club's Anne Arundel County group .
