Biography
Dwight Crandall Tosh is a Republican representing District 38 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, covering portions of Craighead, Poinsett, and Jackson Counties. A retired Arkansas State Police Captain, he is serving his sixth term and resides in Jonesboro with his wife, Joan; they have two children. Notable achievements include chairing the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, serving on the House Public Transportation Committee and Joint Budget Committee, and sponsoring legislation on criminal detention facilities, workforce training funds, and water/sewer treatment grants. At age 13, he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and treated as the 17th patient at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
