Biography
Duke Tucker is a Republican representative for Wisconsin's 75th State Assembly District, serving constituents in this state-level role since his election in November 2024. Born on September 12, 1970, in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, he was raised in the Trade Lake farming community in Burnett County. A proud conservative with strong family values, he is married to Roxanne, with whom he raised two daughters in Grantsburg, Wisconsin; he now has two grandchildren. Tucker is a longtime hunter, gun owner, NRA member, and Wisconsin Bear Association member. His priorities include public safety, fiscal responsibility, protecting the Second Amendment, supporting legal immigration while stopping illegal immigration, promoting private property rights, ensuring secure elections, and advancing family values and workforce development through trades education.
Education and Political Experience
- Education: Graduated from Grantsburg High School.
- Professional and Military Experience: Enlisted in the United States Air Force after high school, serving as a combat communications specialist during Desert Storm/Shield. For 28 years, he has worked as Operations Manager at Grantsburg Telcom and has been actively involved in community service.
- Political Experience: Elected as the new Representative for Wisconsin Assembly District 75 in 2024; currently serving and running for re-election. As a state representative, he represents district interests, votes on legislation, serves on relevant committees, and advocates for community resources.
